Officers: (Currently the Monkey Council)
Officers each have different roles, but most importantly they are ambassadors for the guild. They have shown to be reliable players that can keep their head cool while under pressure. All officers in Shmong have authority to invite, kick and promote / demote as they see fit. The officer team is largely responsible for keeping us dramafree since 2010 and will keep on with that. They plan raids and recruit players when we need them, but not all officers are raidleaders so please have some respect for that. Officers are expected to always be polite and show respect for every single member; from trial to raider. There is no difference between the GM and rest of the officers. Its a joined effort.

Raider: (currently called Chimp)
Ability to make competitive dps / hps / tps suitable for our current level of raids. At present an average of 2 signups per raid lockout is required to achieve and maintain this rank. These signups are for main raiding events not including alt runs and other off-day events.
If you are going on holiday, business trip etc so you can't raid for a week or two please let us know by writing it in the thread called "Im leaving for Holis thread".
Raiders should always aim at being best at what they do. Topping dps is not a free ticket to loot if you fail at awareness. Raiders always show up prepared and ready for the currently available content, knowing tactics; bringing reagents, food, flasks, etc.

Member: (currently known as Orangutan)
Members have no obligations when it comes to signing for raids but are allowed to sign up. Priority is given to raiders even if they have to fill in on alts to make a balanced group or make a group possible. Only exception to this is if the alt is not geared. Being lucky and getting promoted for a raid means the same rules apply when it comes to preparation as for our raiders. Due to flex tech we can now take more players than we could in the past and a bench is less likely to happen.

Trialist: (currently known as Banana fetcher)
Depending on trial for raider spot or trial for social member spot the same rules apply to our trialist as every other member. One important thing to note is we also decide whether it's a keeper or not based on a social aspect.
